We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item. For purposes of comparing prices, the price ("Price") is the total advertised price of the item including shipping costs, but Price shall not include discounts from any membership program. Offers found on other deal websites will be validated by local distributor or manufacturer to verify the lower price and availability of the item.
